Yes, we welcome dogs and cats, with the following policy in place to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.

Pet Fees:

• $25 per night, per pet
• Fees must be paid prior to check-in
• A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed

Pet Rules:

• Furniture and Beds: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. A $250 damage fee applies if pet hair, urine, or feces are found on these items.
• Waste Management: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in the outside trash can.
• Noise Control: Pets must not bark loudly at night.
• Cage Requirement: If left alone in the home, dogs must be kept in a cage.
• Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash when outside the home.
• Weight Limit: Pets must not weigh more than 20 lbs.
• Pet Hair Removal: Guests must remove pet hair before checkout. A $250 fee will be charged if hair is left behind. A vacuum is available in the second-floor bedroom closet, and lint removal tools are located above the washer and dryer in the utility room.
